• A high-resolution logo
• Any images or visuals you’d like included

This helps us ensure your artwork is designed exactly to your vision.
Please return this form no later than 4 weeks prior to your campaign start.
Once completed, please send it to your account manager or email it to salesadmin@t4media.co.uk or attach your logo and submit the form aside.
